§ 13-8. Powers and duties.

A.
The Board of Sewer Commissioners shall have all of the powers and duties conferred upon it by the Charter, the Town bylaws, votes of Town Meetings, and the General Laws of the Commonwealth. (Charter § C-2.09B)

B.
The Board of Sewer Commissioners shall also be known as the drainage committee and shall have all of the powers and duties conferred upon it by the Charter, the Town bylaws, votes of Town Meetings, and General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
